1. Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, we’ll get your Sereluxx products to your doorstep.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA, UK, Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe & Australia: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 14–28 business days

Note: Due to high demand or customs, some orders may take slightly longer.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required!

2. Order & Tracking

Q: Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided.

Q: I haven’t received my tracking number. What should I do?
Sometimes, tracking can take 2–5 business days to update. If you haven’t received it after that, please email us at sereluxxofficial@gmail.com.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed.
